"Image Venue" uses a multiple server network to provide free image hosting for bloggers, eBay sellers, message board users, and personal websites. No registration is required. Your images will be web hosted on a Linux powered dedicated server network. Hot linking on a message board, personal webpage, or ebay auction is allowed. Maximum file size is 1.5 MB. Unlimited bandwidth and unlimited storage period. Free web hosting for these file types allowed: jpeg, jpg.

Limitations: Hosted images not accessed for one year will be deleted from their dedicated server.

PhotoBucket (Review)
Free image hosting company for ebay, online auctions, classifieds, message boards, live journals, and online photo albums. You can easily upload, categorize, add titles and delete images as needed. Direct linking is allowed. You can upload up to 20 pictures at once. Photos larger than 250 KB are automatically scaled down.

Limitations: 25 MB space; 1500 MB/month bandwidth; 250 KB file size limit; Extensions allowed: .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp; Images must not contain any weird characters (numbers and letters only).

XS.to
XS.to provides free image webhosting for your pictures and photos - hotlinking is allowed. No signup is required. You can use anywhere, such as ebay auctions, forums, websites, blogs, etc. Automatically creates thumbnails and codes for forums and web sites. This free hosting website is hosted on reliable dedicated linux servers. All files are hosted on dedicated servers with fast and redundant internet connectivity.
