The massive coverup is in full swing about this:

I posted a comment to the "SaltryDroid"... an "anonymous" salty-mouthed blog poster who seems to enjoy showing Stompernet as a fraud. But it's nothing more than another coverup site... I posted a heads up comment about the above video... almost instantly 6 other people commented on it... then it was deleted. Here's the proof:

Apparently, StomperNet's fulfillment house sued:

Ironic as Fullfillment Central has an endorsement video featuring Stompernet (about half way through):

Just got off the phone with Mike Young (after getting multiple private messages to call him).

He indeed confirmed that he was the anonymous poster (a.k.a. StompedNet). He also confirmed to me that Sara Lechleitner is his wife! HOLY CRAP. This just gets more amazing.

Mike Young sounded VERY nervous on the phone. And when I asked why he lied about it (and why he took down the site), he claims he was threatened to do so. (I don't believe him for a second.) Mike Young posted the PDF within hours after I first asked Stompernet's Andy Jenkins about being in receivership. The coverup is WIDE and MASSIVE. Mike was really pushing hard to let me know that SaltyDroid was NOT Jason Moffatt (instead some Chicago-area lawyer named Jason) -- that makes me even MORE suspicious that it is... I'll investigate this more and report back to you. Amazing. I bet this is the tip of the iceberg.

Just got off the phone with Stompernet's Brad Fallon. He reached out to me after learning about this site.

We spoke for 101 minutes... about half the time about my allegations and the rest confidential.

Brad liked the facts brought out in the video. He wasn't happy about me making the link that receivership was just a step away from bankruptcy... but rather the receivership was more about negotiating a split between the two founders.

Brad wanted to know what my real agenda was. It's simple. I've said it countless times -- I'm tired of being lied to. My subscribers and listeners to Stump Markus are tired of paying for junk. They don't know who to trust these days. We need to self police our industry before the government does it for us.

That's when Brad asked me to keep a few thoughts confidential. He gave me an overview of how the new Stompernet is going to be different than before (he admitted that the old Stompernet was a bit of a mess). I listened and at the end felt more optimistic (with one exception... adding Ross Goldberg as faculty). Brad assured me that Ross "gets it" and is a changed man. Time will tell.

I admire Brad for reaching out to me -- especially as I'm sure he's up to his eyeballs in logistics for his upcoming relaunch on 9/9.

9/6/09 @ 12:05 a.m.
I got an email from Ken McCarthy. He's the guy who takes credit for launching the Frank Kerns and John Reeses and Stompernets of the world (and then apologizing for doing so). I'd like to tell you what he said, but he asked for confidentiality.

I don't consider the last email sent to me to be confidential... here's what Ken thought about the video above: "Your video lacks credibility. It's amateurish, rambling and near pointless." Interesting, it's so pointless that an endless parade of defenders are "reaching out to me to create a dialog."

By the way, Ken is one of many, many "internet marketing gurus" who is tied to the military... why do so many military people lead the Internet Marketing community?

It's sad that so many people are now contacting me asking for anonymity. They're afraid to call a spade a spade because they don't want to rock the boat or seem to be negative. Quite sad.

HOLY CRAP! Does it ever end? Here's an email (courtesy of the SaltyDroid) that shows Stompernet admits to being far behind on paying it's affiliates:

Subject: our commitment to pay you (personal from Brad)

Hi,

Brad here.

This email is going out to a limited number of partners, and I would appreciate you keeping this between us.

Since I bought out Andy's interest in StomperNet, I might have spoken to you on the phone and you know what's going in. If I haven't, my apologies. If you were on the webinar last Thursday night, you heard directly from me about our commitment to get you paid up.

There are a number of reasons why we are here at this point, but it doesn't help solve the issue to get into it.

Here's what IS important: we are committed to getting past due commissions paid off as quickly as possible.

Here's the plan:

1) Regardless of whether you promote for us again we will do our level best to get completely caught up by the end of this year.

2) If you take the time to look at this offer, whether or not you have mailed for us recently, and regardless what you have ever thought about StomperNet, Brad or Andy - you WILL want to mail on this one.

But just to make sure, we are going to give you a little extra incentive: we are going to DOUBLE your commissions at the rate you've earned for continuity bundles for the 1st month and apply that doubled amount toward paying back what we owe you.

If you make more than we currently owe you, you get to keep it! For example, if you sell enough monthly StomperNet memberships to earn a 27% commission, we'll double that in the first month and give you 27% more AND we'll pay that "payback" 27% on September 28th (rather than October 28th, which would be the normal payout date for September transactions).

So you'll get paid before we do, as it should be.

3) If you don't promote for this launch, we'll still start the payback process for you on September 28th as well.

Look, this is a tough message to deliver - "if you help us, you get more" but the fact is, we NEED your help.

Successful affiliate partners like you have made StomperNet what it is, but we recognize that we cannot be successful without acknowledging this Ôelephant in the room'.

We're not happy that we find ourselves in this situation, and I'm sure you're frustrated with this too.

All I ask is that you give us a chance to fix this, and an opportunity to restore confidence in us.

I'm extremely confident that StomperNet has a lot of good things in its future, but it's a lot tougher road without your help.

Talk soon.

Brad

P.S. Under separate cover, you'll be getting the email from Tom Ham about all the different levels of StomperNet that we'll be offering, and how the accelerators work.

Do not hesitate to contact him directly on his cell at (678) 560-6688 if you have any questions about this payback plan or the launch.

How does "the most successful launch in in internet history" have so many problems? And why does Andy Jenkins get a free pass from this mess?

Point to ponder: The commissions they owe are on $800-per-month subscriptions... how are they going to pay their affiliates back with $200-per-month subscriptions (which arent selling well)?

2-10-2010 @ 10:19 p.m.
Ross Goldberg quit Stompernet. I posted some points at his blog here about Stompernet deleting affiliate cookies and owing over $900,000.00 in affiliate commissions (according to a court PDF) -- not surprisingly he deleted my post. Ironic since Goldberg's motto on his blog is (and I kid you not), "Pull no punches and tell no lies..."

2-12-2010 @ 4:56 p.m.
Ross Goldberg continues to "Pull no punches and tell no lies..." -- if he doesn't delete your comments that is... he deleted my YouTube comments within minutes of my posting it (my username is PerpWatch):
